Our flotilla is not offering the 'Boating Skills and Seamanship Class' at this time.

However, other flotillas in the San Francisco Bay Area are offering this class. Topics covered by the Boating Skills and Seamanship Class include choosing and powering a boat, boat terminology, legal requirements, boat handling, aids to navigation, rules of the road, trip planning, knots and lines (marlinspike), radio, weather and beginning navigation. Other boating classes are sometimes offered by other flotillas.
